Nurture, Grow & Learn (NGL) was founded by Lauren and Katie, two early years professionals with a shared history in nursery education and a passion for delivering high-quality childcare. After years of working in the sector and refining their approach, they launched NGL in 2020 with a clear mission: to provide a nurturing environment that prioritises authentic learning experiences and supports children’s development during their most formative years.

How we helped
BWF responded by sourcing and securing a suitable property that could be transformed into a nurturing, child-focused environment. They carried out significant renovations to ensure the space met all childcare safety and regulatory standards. To allow Lauren and Katie to concentrate on delivering high-quality education, BWF also provided essential back-office and operational support, managing compliance, administration, and day-to-day logistics.
