Peter Musket - a retired mechanical engineer with a lifelong appreciation for precision and process - had begun to experiment with distilling spirits using traditional methods and bold, robust ingredients. With his unique approach to crafting vodka and gin, and the capabilities of the BWF team - Chapel Distillery was born.
